May Menu

The new recipes we tried in April were great! Especially the appetizers I did for General Conference! (That's a special weekend of meetings that happen every six months for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.) The Cheddar Bacon dip was KILLER. I ate almost the entire thing by myself! Not because others didn't like it, but because I couldn't stop eating it! The Lil' Smokies recipe was great, and the Cheesy Potato Wedges were good enough to save and reheat...and you know how well french fries reheat. :/ Eli raved about the Zuppa Toscana. I thought it was good, but not rave-worthy. But we'll definitely have it again. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the Baked Pickles. Not awful, but not worth the time and effort.

We missed out of the Soba Noodles, Quinoa, Tikka Masala, and hamburgers.

Here is the starting line-up for May: (being that I posted this late, we've already tried the "Thai" Ramen Noodles. It's a pretty yummy meal if you need to prepare it quickly.
