Packing
Tomorrow our family is leaving for a REAL vacation. Not a long weekend. 10 days people. I spent the entire day packing for our family of four. I'm still not done. I would now like to send my family on the vacation while I stay here and sleep for the next ten days. This is why families with 8 month old twins don't hop a plane to Hawaii whenever they feel like it. Phew! I'm pooped!

i don't know how you guys do it, ab. i mean, seriously. it's just such a lot of work on a regular day, i can't imagine all the organization and thought and preparedness - and MANUAL LABOR - that went into this!
just think - one of these days, you'll be able to adopt my motto: don't pack it, just buy it when you get there!

Cool, you're going to Hawaii? Packing is probably not the only reason why families don't hop on any plane to anywhere anytime :)
Haha! Valerie, it does sound like we're going to Hawaii. But we're not. Just Michigan. I said Hawaii for effect. :)
