Holy Moly, Pasta e Fagioli!


My friend Liz has a this great blog called TidBits. It's so much fun. Every day (mostly) she posts something new. It might be something crafty, a fun idea to do with kids, or...my favorite...recipes! A couple weeks ago she posted this recipe by Rachel Ray for Pasta e Fagioli. She said it was delicious. (Go here for her recap of the ingredients and other need-to-knows.)

A couple days later my other friend Leslie, who had read this post, told me that she had made the soup and it was in her top two meals of all time. THAT GOOD! So of course, now I had to make it.

I packed up the kids and headed to the store. We had the soup a couple nights ago. I really can't emphasize this enough. You gotta must make this soup!! MUST! If you are making it for yourself or are worried that it might take too long or be too much work, get those thoughts right out of your head. Go to the store, buy the delicious ingredients, and make. this. soup.
