Leslie's Bridal Shower
Sunday was Leslie's bridal shower. It went well! There was a huge turnout and everyone seemed to have a good time. She got some great gifts, and everyone loved my gouda/apple tartlets. And that's the most important thing of course. I was so busy keeping the shower going that I couldn't take many pictures, but I did get two.

The recipe is super easy. You just need filo shells aka. mini quiche shells (found in the dessert freezer section.)Put a piece of Gouda and a small piece of apple in each. sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake for approx. 15 min. at 350 degrees. serve hot...or room temp...or cold. They're great either way!
